The App has trouble connecting to my RELYNC, what should I do?
You should check that your bluetooth is on, and scanning for nearby devices. Turn your RELYNC on and allow your phone to find it. Some phones may need you to search again after turning on your scooter. You will see RELYNC R1 appear, tap to connect. If you need further support you can can message our support team via [email protected]
I accidentally put my battery in upside down, now it’s stuck. How do I retrieve it?
If it is difficult to visit a service center, there is a quick solution. With your RELYNC folded in suitcase mode. Slowly tip upside down backwards, rock the scooter until the battery slides out. Gently lift the scooter and then return to the upright position.
The display has been flashing and I am not sure what the problem is?
The dashboard will flash when there is an internal error, please return to the store you bought the RELYNC from to reinstall or update the firmware. If you like you can email [email protected] for instructions how to install yourself.
How does the built in GPS work?
You add a sim card from your country, meaning the RELYNC is tracked at all times. You can also communicate with your scooter, to lock and unlock directly from your mobile phone. Once connected the navigation lights will flash, then point in the correct direction.
What types of terrain can the RELYNC travel on?
From sun, sleet or snow the powerful motor can pull you through most terrains. Whilst we don’t recommend a trip through the Amazon jungle, the RELYNC still goes where others can’t. You can fold it for public transport or stairs, then unfold in 3 seconds.
How do I charge the RELYNC?
You can charge the batteries independently or direct through the scooter, with the charging cable provided. We also provide a 36v charger separately, for those long journeys away from home. Please do not use unauthorised chargers, as we can not guarantee the results.
Can I work on, modify or service the RELYNC myself?
You can but please remember this will void the warranty. To avoid this please use only authorised and registered companies for service. We do not recommend or encourage users to modify the RELYNC themselves.
